Daily support is provided by a specialist counsellor and care support workers for alcohol dependency and familiar with a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based interventions, a psychodynamic based approach and art based therapy. All care support workers are fully conversant with current legislation and have a range of certificated qualifications.

Respecting the need for dignity, confidentiality, trust and privacy care workers are skilled in dealing with the problems associated with addictive behaviour, learning disabilities, cognitive impairment, physical disabilities and mental health problems.
